Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center Master Plan

Description: The County of Westchester, NY is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm with extensive experience in strategic visioning and master planning to assist in the development of a budget-conscious and impactful Master Plan for Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center. The Master Plan will be developed in partnership with the Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm and will also include input from other stakeholders identified by the County. The Master Plan will assist the County in conceptualizing, prioritizing, and planning for physical and programmatic improvements at Hilltop Hanover Farm that will address the current and future needs of the County, its residents, and the agricultural community in the areas of agriculture, sustainable living practices, environmental protection, and ecological restoration. Proposals accepted until November 5th, 2020.
