REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: Town Branch Commons Master Plan

The Lexington Downtown Development Authority, in partnership with the Lexington Center Corporation and Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is soliciting a consulting firm/team for the conceptual design and master plan of a visionary public space network called the Town Branch Commons in Lexington, Kentucky. The selected Planning and Design Team is expected to have expertise in the following disciplines:
- Landscape Architecture
- Urban Design and Planning
- Environmental Sustainability
- Civil Engineering
- Multimedia Design.
Parties interested in submitting a response must submit an e-mail stating their intent on or before October 8. The e-mail must contain contact information to communicate any clarifications regarding the RFP and answers to any questions received by October 8.
