Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received in writing on or before August 14, 2009. ASLA will refund the registration fee, minus a $65 processing fee. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Written request must be submitted via email to meetings@asla.org or via fax to ASLA at 202-330-5296 or 00-1-202-330-5296 outside the U.S.
