Getting to Your Hotel
Use the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) to get to and from Chicago’s airports to downtown Chicago by bus and elevated/subway trains. Go to www.transitchicago.com. Their easy to use trip planner will provide instructions on how best to reach your destination.
O’Hare Airport is 18 miles from downtown Chicago and Midway Airport is 11 miles from downtown Chicago. Cab fares range from $25-$35 each way. Shared ride vehicles are offered from both airports and range in price from $13-$28 each way, depending upon the number in your party.
Business attire is appropriate for all events with the exception of the Fellows Dinner which is black-tie optional. Temperatures in Chicago in September range from evening lows in the upper 50s to daytime highs in the mid 70s.
